About this role

A wind energy manufacturer in Viana do Castelo, a northern Portuguese hub for shipbuilding and offshore wind, is hiring 18 component workers on a one year renewable contract. You lay and finish glass-fibre laminate in blade moulds, bond and assemble turbine components, sand, fill and finish blade surfaces, and carry out dimensional checks on finished parts.

Inside the facility
The work runs on a two shift rotation across a 40 hour week in a large production hall, using lifting equipment under supervision. It suits careful, hands-on workers who follow process and safety rules closely. Pay is €1,250-€1,650/month gross, with accommodation, meals and PPE provided.
