Assist civil engineers on French infrastructure projects - excavate foundations, install formwork, and pour and level concrete. Work a day shift Monday to Friday, 06:00–13:00 (35 hours/week) with overtime available. Fully provided housing, daily meals on shift, and complete safety gear including uniform and PPE are included. No previous construction experience is required - a 1-year renewable contract with full on-the-job training is provided.

What this role looks like day-to-day
On a construction site you'll move between manual material handling, assisting trades (carpenters, masons, ironworkers) and following the site supervisor's daily plan. Outdoor work in all weather is normal; PPE is provided and mandatory. This role suits workers in good physical condition, comfortable working outside, and able to follow safety rules carefully — a single mistake on a building site has consequences.

Basic English (A2–B1) - language courses available on-site
Processing typically runs 8-12 plus OFII validation once your documents are in order (passport, education attestation, police clearance, medical fitness). No prior experience is required for this position. Paid on-the-job training runs through your first 2-4 weeks at the plant, after which you operate independently with periodic supervision. Workers from any blue-collar background adapt smoothly.
