Operate pasteurisers, separators and homogenisers in dairy plant. Monitor CIP cleaning cycles for all process pipework and vessels. Sample milk, cream and yoghurt products for laboratory testing. Package dairy products on automated filling and sealing lines. Record all process data in GMP-compliant batch production records.
Schedule: Day / Night alternating · 8 hrs/day · 40 hrs/wk.
