Operate pasteurisers, separators and homogenisers in dairy plant. Monitor CIP cleaning cycles for all process pipework and vessels. Sample milk, cream and yoghurt products for laboratory testing. Package dairy products on automated filling and sealing lines. Record all process data in GMP-compliant batch production records.
Schedule: 2-shift rotation · Mon–Fri · No weekends.

What this role looks like day-to-day
A shift in food processing centres on cleaning and prepping production lines under HACCP rules, monitoring temperature and weight readings, and packaging finished product into retail-ready cases. Cold rooms and standing for long periods are routine.
