Operate pasteurisers, separators and homogenisers in dairy plant. Monitor CIP cleaning cycles for all process pipework and vessels. Sample milk, cream and yoghurt products for laboratory testing. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 06:00–13:30 · 37 hrs/wk.
