About this role

Trim excess fat and connective tissue from primal meat cuts. Pack fresh and frozen meat portions into retail and food-service trays. Apply vacuum sealing and modified-atmosphere packaging to meat products. Weigh and price-mark individual retail packs on automated scales. Clean and sanitise stainless-steel work surfaces between product runs.

Schedule: 2-shift rotation · Mon–Fri · No weekends.
Contract: 1 year renewable.
