Load silicon wafers into diffusion furnaces for junction formation. Apply anti-reflective coatings and silver paste contacts by screen print. Test cell efficiency and power output using flash solar simulator. Sort cells into bins by efficiency class for module assembly. Complete clean-room housekeeping and particle count monitoring.
